The staff and service was incredible. Very attentive, breakfast was tasty and the location was charming. Very quiet once the gates to Juliet's courtyard were locked at night.

The location is incredible set in the Romeo and Juliette courtyard, a wonderful romantic experience. Everything about the hotel is quality from the fixtures and fittings, jacuzzi bath, towels accessories and a first class breakfast delivered to your room. I can't imagine anyone being dissapointed in this Hotel.

Location was fantastic
Overall the room & hotel were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the hotel quotes on it's leaflets and web site that every room on arrival gets fresh fruit and Italian wine. This is being very picky but it was our wedding anniversary and it would have been a nice touch

Location! Location! Location! The hotel is located in middle of the old city of Verona, just off one of the main squares and in the same courtyard as Juliet's balcony and our room had a view of that balcony. This hotel is really something very special - possibly one of the most romantic locations in the world!

This hotel was probably the best hotel we have stayed at during our travels. Not just because it is located in the most beautiful courtyard of Juliet. It wasn't the best because the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt special during our stay. It wasn't the fact that the room was not only stunning but also impeccably clean. They also upgraded our room at no additional cost.We feel this is a wonderful hotel because of all these things and more. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a chance to feel pampered in a very romantic setting.
We loved it all.

Location, charm, comfort, elegance
Finding the hotel was a nightmare. GPS does not work. Airconditioning, safe and lights did not work well on the state of the art tech system, but the staff did their absolute best to remedy the situation.
